Think Fit. Be Fit.

A Podcast Network Dedicated to Effective Thinking for Potent Exercise.

Let's create a new conversation about your exercise. Our podcast helps to uncover how the fitness industry has misled us, and it will show you that if you believe in your ability to improve your body through exercise, you don’t need to rely on diluted or shallow information.

Our current offering consists of two shows that will help bring your limitless human potential within reach.

Think Fit. Be Fit. is released on Mondays and Fitness for Consumption is released on Wednesdays.

We want to partner with our audience. Teaching you how to think outside the box and into the undertones of your exercise is the aim of TFBF Network.

This ongoing conversation about the nuances of training will help trainers, coaches and fitness lovers connect deeper to their exercise and the process of exercise science.

Optimal health and fitness doesn’t have to be a guessing game.  Chronic illness, aging, old injuries or stress can get in the way of whole body fitness and feeling good while moving.  Functional Medicine can reverse the negative impacts of stress and life on our body.  A guided approach to whole health and fitness starts with measurements and data that the typical doc does not offer. Functional Medicine is the future.  If you want to realize the potential of your body with blood work, stool and genetic testing and if you are motivated to advance in age without chronic illness, then you’ll learn why Functional Medicine is the best solution.
