This is the 100th episode!  To celebrate join Jennifer in honoring this work, what that goes into it and the growth all around.  

First of all, Thank you so much for even listening to 1 minute of any of TFBF’s episodes. 

This special episode covers Jennifer’s lessons learned from publishing 100 episodes, the 2021 vision for TFBF and 2021 Fitness forecast with Kat Zajac of Ascend Cycle and Ascend Lift Lab.  

The trends of 2021 might just be the start of taking our strength and health seriously.  We even bring up sustainable meat, the demise of CrossFit and how 2020 was a spotlight on a$sholes.
