My deepest hope is that Think Fit. Be Fit. listeners become better consumers of fitness and managing their wellness with exercise.  As an exercise professional, I am a versatile problem solver.

Understand the system, understand physics, and understand the goal(s).  My goal is to create a 'tribe' of followers and people who can learn about these systems and ask questions of their body.
