This is the first Q&A episode with Jenn. "What is exercise supposed to feel like"? Unfortunately we've been taught to rely on sensations to teach us about exercise. This simply isn't helpful and most importantly it could be causing a cycle of constant exercise without results, or worse, a cycle of injury and inflammation.
