This conversation is about where healthy habits originate and it’s deep. It goes beyond the biological stuff that is weight loss, food management and health psychology.
With the development of neuroscience, psychology and how our gut chemicals and health play into how we construct our reality, Holly and Jennifer have a very good question for all of us to ask- how does the mind impact our fitness?
This conversation is deep, philosophical and can be of help to anyone struggling with consistency or habit building.
You’ll even hear Holly discuss the complexity of nutrition.
