Our view of fitness greatly influences how much we gain from our exercise efforts.  Creating fitness content that is helping us actualize physical potential is much more about education than motivating weight loss stories.

The lessons from three years of fitness podcasting are truly centered on being open minded.  The truth is that bias, emotion and perception create our reality and of course this relates to fitness.

Tune in to this episode to learn all about bias, perception and emotion- equally evidence based and reflective of this profound journey.Your information intake is as important as sunshine and nutrient absorption when it comes to your health, it’s best to have a TRUE physical education rather than taking tips from strangers on the internet.
